Please be advised we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Stylist charge cancellation fees. Any vouchers or coupons will be forfeited.
Late policy
We do understand that life happens and you may be running late, however after the 15 minute mark your appointment is subject to being rescheduled or cancelled at the stylist discretion.
